Our challenge
Airbnb were looking for a Public Affairs Manager to oversee activity in the Australia and New Zealand region, developing policies and working with the media, government and community. This was an urgent hire for Airbnb and we were well placed to help them find some fantastic talent on our platform, quickly and easily.
The solution
Our Commtract algorithm matched a group of experts whose skills matched those that Airbnb required, and out of this selection Julian Crowley submitted his application for the role. He was successfully engaged given his strong experience in government advising a range of NSW Ministers.
What happened next?
Julian sure did impress the Airbnb team with his contract role becoming permanent soon after. Then after 2 years in the role, Julian moved to Singapore to lead Airbnb’s Corporate and Policy Communications division for APAC. In addition, Julian and Commtract both received NPS scores of 10/10 for performance and services provided.
